These quark processors (Brand: Schulenburg) consist of a oval vat and a sieve. The curd is prepared in the lowest vat and the (hydraulic controlled) sieve is used to drain the whey out of the oval vat. The curd is removed from the quark processor through an outflow into a mixing tank, which is positioned under the quark processor. Our stock contains processors with a maximum capacity of 2,000 litres.
